This policy explains what Rio Rancho Epoxy Flooring (rioranchoepoxyflooring.com) collects when you send a request through this website, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Rio Rancho Epoxy Flooring is a referral service. We do not perform flooring or coating work ourselves. We pass calls and requests to independent local floor coating companies.
What we collect
- Form requests: the name, phone number, email, ZIP code and project details you type in.
- Basic website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). If we add analytics, it will be listed here.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to send your call or request to an independent local provider who can help, to confirm that requests were delivered, and to measure how many requests the website receives.
Who we share it with
We share your request details with the independent provider(s) we refer you to so they can contact you, and with service companies that help run this website (hosting, forms). Providers may pay us for referrals. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated companies for their own marketing.
Calls and texts
If you checked the consent box, the provider(s) and we may call or text you about your request. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email leads@rioranchoepoxyflooring.com to ask us to stop contacting you.
How long we keep it
We keep request and call records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.
Your choices
Email leads@rioranchoepoxyflooring.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted. We will also ask any provider we sent it to.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
